I got up at 5 am to do my first workout and I started with Level 1! This work out kicked my ass! It was hard….but it wasn’t bad. Well, I guess it would have been harder if I didn’t cheat just a little. I kinda had a few stops…here and there….for more than 10 seconds.
As far as eating, yeah….well I did eat in portions. A portion of that chocolate, a portion of some pringles chip, a portion of some gummy bears and a whole lotta portion of chocolate chip ice cream. I totally BOMBED the diet plan.
Alright, no worries. I just have to start day 1 all over again. This time I’m serious!!
